Ticket Information

You can purchase tickets at www.musicis.cz and www.goout.cz, as well as at the door during the last hour before the start of the concert. Tickets cannot be exchanged or returned. Discounts cannot be combined. Purchased tickets do not need to be printed, an electronic ticket with a QR code will suffice for entry – you will avoid not only losing your ticket but also unnecessary paper waste.

Festival Pass 

The Music Is Festival offers the opportunity to purchase a full festival ticket for a discounted price of CZK 1,300 with a ‘Music Is’ t-shirt and a bag as a bonus. For the reduced price, attendees will be guaranteed a seat at all concerts from October 5 to November 9, 2023.

The festival pass includes reserved seating ticket for concerts at Divadlo X10 and a reserved standing for the concert at the Jazz Dock. Once purchased, you will be asked to confirm attendance at least 3 days before each concert. We do this to ensure that the capacity of the venue is always fully utilised. If you are unable to attend any of the concerts, we will pass your place on to others. You will be able to collect your bag and t-shirt from the box office at any of the selected concerts.

Sponsorship Tickets   

For selected concerts, we offer the option to purchase Sponsorship Tickets. These come with added bonuses, including, for instance, a stylish Music is tote bag, an invitation to a reception held as part of the festival, or the chance to meet some of the artists in person following the concert. Moreover, by purchasing a Sponsorship Ticket you will support our festival team in continuing to organize meaningful concerts.

Arts Student Tickets  

Arts students under 26 years old can purchase tickets for Music is concerts at a discounted price of 150 CZK. All you need to do is send a request to info@musicis.cz, and we will send you a unique discount code. This allows you to complement your studies with the chance to witness performances by world-class musicians at an affordable price. The number of Arts Student Tickets available for each concert is limited.  

Students and Seniors   

Seniors and students with a valid student card are eligible for a 20% discount on all Music is concerts. This discount does not apply to concerts held at Jazz Dock. You will be asked to show a valid student card along with your ticket.  

Disabled Tickets (ZTP & ZTP-P)  

Holders of a ZTP (severe health disability) card or a ZTP/P (severe health disability requiring special care) card, or of their international equivalents, are eligible for a 50% discount on all Music is concerts. You will be asked to show the relevant card along with your ticket. These tickets can be reserved at info@musicis.cz. 

Wheelchair access 

Neither the X10 Theatre nor the Jazz Dock has wheelchair access, but we’d be happy to discuss how to get to the concerts with you. Contact us at info@musicis.cz for more information.
